Hi, I’m Fatima Poggi.

I’m originally from Peru, and my journey to where I am today is deeply rooted in family, resilience, and purpose.

I came to this country as a little girl with my mom. A strong and hardworking woman who gave everything she had to build a better life for us. She gave me love, values, and resilience. But like so many families, we didn’t grow up having conversations about protection. Not because it wasn’t important, but because we simply didn’t know.

And that stayed with me. Because the truth is, when you don’t know what’s available to you, you can’t protect what matters most.

That is why I do what I do today.

I have been part of the State Farm family since 2018, and along the way I discovered that this is about so much more than policies. It is about showing up for people during the moments that matter most, the unexpected, the uncertain, the life changing. It’s about being the person who helps a family stay on their feet when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

Before this journey, I pursued a music career, which taught me how to truly connect with people, how to listen, and how to understand what someone is really feeling. Today, that same connection is at the heart of every conversation I have.

Now, as a wife and a mom to a toddler, everything I do carries a deeper meaning. I understand what it feels like to build a life, to protect it, and to think not just about today, but about the future you are creating for your family. It is not just about coverage, it is about creating stability, building a foundation, and making sure the people you love are taken care of no matter what happens.

Outside of the office, I find joy in the simplest moments. Cooking Peruvian food for my family, date night with my husband, taking my son out for ice cream, or spending time as a family at the park. These moments are what keep me grounded, grateful, and deeply connected to the families I serve every day.

My mission is simple, to make sure families like mine, especially those who feel like they were never taught or guided, know that they have options, understand what they have, and feel confident about their future.
